You can view additional information about who sent an e-mail message and how it got to you by showing the full headers. The following procedure will explain how to reveal the extended headers of an e-mail and where to send a complaint regarding spam or abuse.
To show the extended e-mail headers
Open the appropriate e-mail message. (generally the Sent message located in the Sent folder)
Click the Blah, Blah, Blah icon. This will show additional information that includes the return path, received from data, and the message ID.

To show extended e-mail headers
Open the appropriate e-mail message. (generally the Sent message located in the Sent folder)
Select Properties from the File menu.
Click the Details tab. This will show additional information that includes the return path, received from data, and the message id. If the Details tab does not appear, you need to first open the appropriate e-mail message.
