1. First, let's check the domain name and make sure it's not expired.
Go to http://mail.yourdomain.com/ where yourdomain.com is your website. If you can see the "Hosting Utilities Page" then go to Step 2 below. Otherwise click here.
Type in your domain name in your web browser. If you see a web page come up, it is likely pointed to another server and you need to update the DNS servers to point it to us.
If you see no web page, then your domain name is expired. If you registered your domain name with NetFronts, you can renew the domain here.
If you registered with another registrar, then renew it at their web page. To check the registrar, see www.whois.sc

2. Check for proper home page name.
If you type your domain name and you see a 'Welcome To..' page with a login box, but you are expecting to see your home page, then click HERE.
Log in to your Control Panel
Click on the WEBSHELL button at the bottom.
Click on the folder that has your domain name.
Click on the index.html file.
Click DELETE on the right side.
This will remove the index.html file and allow your index.htm page to show as the home page.
Remember, your home page must be called index.htm, index.html, or index.php and be all lower-case. Index.html will not work.

3. Check for a cached old page
Sometimes your computer or your ISP may be 'caching' or holding old web pages and not showing the most current page. You may have uploaded a new page but you still see the old page. If you still see your old page, click here for steps to fix this.
Log in to your Control Panel
Click on Web Options button
At the bottom of that screen just before the large text box there is a “instant access domain alias” Click on the magnifying glass next to it.
If you can see the website from the Instant Access Domain Alias but you see an older page using your domain name, your computer or ISP may be caching old pages.
To test this out go to http://babelfish.altavista.com and put your site in the “webpage translator” This is a way to see the website off of your connection and without using any of your settings. Granted the site will come up in Spanish but it is just a way of seeing the site.
If you can see it from there then you need to clear your cached files. You can do this by clicking “tools” in Internet Explorer then “internet options”. Under temporary internet files click “delete files”.
Restart your computer, then try to view your website again using the domain name. If you still see the old page, then more then likely it is your Internet Service Provider that is caching the old pages. In which case it will clear within 24-48 hours or you can give them a call and have their clear their cache for that page.
